Movement for Healing is a small grass roots programme based in London. We provide access to methods that support physical and mental well-being, and self-discovery. We work specifically with women who have been impacted by sexual and domestic violence.

We honour the traditions of postural yoga, meditation, dance, and exploratory movement to support the individual, but we passionately believe that healing comes in community, and all our classes are held in small groups.

We work directly with charities and organisations that support women. We advocate for all healing spaces to welcome survivors of adversity by supporting yoga teachers through continued development and discussion. We provide public classes in order to fundraise.

We value non-dogmatic, non-judgemental, financially accessible, culturally diverse and trauma-aware methods of support.
